New Post: Build definition: process template specific properties missing

I want update the symbol server name of many build definitions, but the process template specific properties are not visible. After I called "Get Build Definitions" the columns "Symbol Server" the table is empty.
I use TFS 2015 Update 3 and Visual Studio 2015 Update 3.
Any ideas?
