Can you check if the "TeamProjectManager.Modules.WorkItemConfiguration.dll" file isn't blocked because it originated from internet? If you open the file's properties, it could have an "Unblock" button at the bottom right. Normally the application itself removes all those blocks when it starts up but perhaps something went wrong?
Alternatively, you can check the log file by clicking the little arrow next to the application title (top left) and then click the "open log file" link.
