I am trying to upgrade some team projects based on CMMI 4.2 templates to be compliant with 2013 so they can leverage new features. The projects had already been upgraded to TFS 2010, and now reside on a TFS 2013 instance. When I open the Team Project Manager power tool and choose a CMMI 4.2 based team project and try to compare WIT definitions to a CMMI 2013 process template that I downloaded from the server, the following error is thrown:

The "xxxxx" project is the CMMI 4.2 based team project. Not finding anything related to this error on-line IRT to this power tool. Has anyone else encountered it? Not sure why it thinks it needs a process configuration file for the 4.2 TP just to do the compare. Clearly that project was created so long ago it doesn't have that file. And we can't exactly just add it in.
